Delete your data
ION RUSH by Semih Coşgun does not create user accounts. You can still erase local game data and ask us to delete previously submitted analytics or diagnostic data where it can be identified.
Erase data on your iPhone or iPad
- Open iOS Settings, then General and iPhone Storage or iPad Storage.
- Choose ION RUSH, then Delete App. Offload App keeps app data and does not erase it.
Erase data on Android
- Open Android Settings.
- Choose Apps, then ION RUSH.
- Choose Storage and select Clear data. Uninstalling ION RUSH also removes its local data.
This immediately removes local progress, scores, settings, discoveries and the NOVA balance. This includes unused NOVA obtained through the App Store or Google Play. These items are stored locally without a cloud backup, and consumed NOVA purchases cannot be restored automatically after local data is erased.
Request deletion of submitted data
- Email cosgunnsemihh@gmail.com with the subject ION RUSH data deletion request.
- Provide approximate dates you used the game and non-sensitive app/device details that can help identify a diagnostic record. Do not send passwords, identity documents or payment information.
We will respond to requests and explain which records can be identified and deleted. The game does not have an account or a name-to-device lookup, so a record may not be identifiable from an email address alone. Google retains data according to Firebase project settings and its applicable retention rules. Aggregated statistics that no longer identify a device may remain. Records required for security, fraud prevention or legal obligations may be retained where applicable.
Data covered
A request can cover Firebase Analytics events, gameplay interactions, performance and diagnostic information, crash logs, an IP-derived approximate region and pseudonymous installation identifiers previously submitted after analytics sharing was enabled. Turning Data Sharing off in the game's Settings stops future analytics collection and resets the analytics identifier.
Rewarded-ad data is processed by Google Mobile Ads. Google may retain advertising, measurement and fraud-prevention records under its own policies and legal obligations. You can manage Google advertising privacy choices through your Google account and the ION RUSH privacy-options entry in Settings when it is available for your region.
In-app purchase and payment records are processed by Apple or Google Play. Clearing ION RUSH data does not delete store transaction records. Review purchase history in your App Store or Google Play account; payment-data requests and refunds go to the relevant store.
