NOVA purchases
Open the shop using the + beside your NOVA balance. NOVA Spark contains 5 NOVA, NOVA Reactor 15 NOVA and NOVA Vault 40 NOVA. The store displays your local currency and final price before you approve a purchase. NOVA is used only inside ION RUSH and has no cash value.
A purchase is still pending
A payment awaiting store or family approval does not add NOVA yet. Return to the game after approval. If an approved purchase has not appeared, connect to the internet and tap Sync Purchases in the shop to retry unfinished delivery. Avoid buying the same pack again while investigating a missing delivery.
Local progress and unused NOVA
Your journey and balance are saved on this device without an account or cloud backup. Deleting the app or clearing its data removes progress and unused NOVA. Consumed currency purchases cannot be restored after app data is deleted. On iOS, Offload App retains data; Delete App removes it.
Refunds and payment help
Purchases are processed by the relevant store. Visit Apple refund support for App Store purchases or Google Play refund support for Android purchases.
Notifications and privacy
Flight reminders and analytics sharing are optional. Manage them in the game’s Settings. You can also change notification permission in your device settings. Ads appear only when you choose Watch Ad; the promised reward requires completing the ad.
